It really is true - Life Is A Journey - and how you choose to pack for the trip is totally up to you. It matters not where you are on your path or where your path has taken you. If your path has led you to dead-ends and frustrations you are not alone. I am a fellow traveler committed to help you determine which baggage to leave behind and which bags to pack for your trip of a lifetime. I have found through my own travels that my purpose is to compassionately assist people seeking a new and different experience along their life's journey. Working with me will give you the tools that enable you to consciously choose what serves your journey and what does not. I made a conscious decision to repack my own bags in September 2002 when the old adage of “I was sick and tired of being sick and tired” became my wake-up call. Although I was always creating my reality, today I consciously create the life I love to live and I am living the life I love. Some of the baggage I chose to unpack was the need for alcohol and drugs to make me feel confident, the need for abusive relationships to keep me in the role of a victim, and the need to ignore my personal boundaries for fear of losing friends and family. Through these transformations, I have come to deeply understand that our freedom lives in consciously creating our reality and expressing our spirit through responsible choices that serve ourselves and fellow travelers. These changes led me to become a licensed Practitioner with United Centers for Spiritual Living in 2005. Based on the book by Rev. Diane Harmony, 5 GIFTS for an Abundant Life, I am certified Facilitator and Prosperity Coach with the 5 GIFTS ministry. I will graduate from the Holmes Institute School of Consciousness Studies in 2010 with an accredited Masters in Consciousness Studies degree.

Over my long career, I have presented to many different corporate groups. I have also spoken in several United Center for Spiritual Living churches. The essence of my messages is living life fully, passionately and wisely. I use humor, personal stories, and the wisdom of teachers like Edwene Gaines, Don Miguel Ruiz and Ernest Holmes to teach and illustrate my points. I am funny, inspiring, entertaining and always authentic. Speaking to groups and bringing them new perspectives or forgotten wisdom is my passion. My intention is to be a part of the change I want to see in the world and to help others do it as well. I offer a ½ hour complimentary consultation to understand your intentions, focus areas, and to discuss our fit. Our coaching engagement will typically run 3 to 4 months, with four 1-hour telephone consultations each month and my additional coaching input via email throughout our time together.

Funerals or memorial services should offer those who are grieving the opportunity to do this among family and friends. These rituals and ceremonies can promote deep healing and integration. We can create a ceremony that offers profound meaning that can include songs, readings and the sacred space within which participants can grieve and heal.
