I worked in Corporate America for 15 years as a Finance Director for a large Insurance Brokerage. This is where I perfected my people skills, successfully motivating and managing departments of 20-30 people making it necessary to know what was important to each and every individual. Interestingly, I discovered that the principles for success in business and the principles of having a JOYFILLED LIFE are the same. It all comes down to how you be with the people around you. How well do you treat yourself and others. How willing are you to be truthful and vulnerable. Even though it was challenging I was able to be truthful to myself and the people around me even in the competitive arena as Corporate America. In this environment I noticed that I had this spiritual journey to tell people about and that brought forth my first book. "Know Thyself, Tell Your Truth and Have a Great Life."
The work I have embarked on now is the challenge of creating "The University For Higher Living". This project is an alternative to our standard Universities where academics is the main focus. Here the main focus is to one's inner self. Creating a community of young adults that know they are responsible for having a great life, ergo The University For Higher Living. We will mentor primarily but not limited to young adults who have lost their way. All applicants must be committed to getting on a path that supports their having a great life. "The University For Higher Living", is a learning center that encourges entrepreneurship. Workshops ranging from, "breaking the chains of programs" to "the science to getting rich" will be the curriculum.
The University For Higher Living is still in the formulation state. It is a part of Total Wellness. Total Wellness represents Physical Wellness, Spiritual/Mental Wellness and Financial Wellness.
In addition to developing "The University For Higher Living", I own a business that markets Health and Wellness Products and various other divisions. I market the Total Wellness portion of my business to gyms and fitness centers. I also hold Life Liberating Workshops - "lift the limits from your life" 10 week series. I also find time to create collages - my new form of visualization, self expression and relaxation all in the same action.

Executive Summary
Legal Business Description Zencompass is a Limited Liability Corporation designed to hold the space of having Heaven Here On Earth. Zencompass will have a board of directors comprised of members of the presidents of companies already doing the work of having Heaven Here On Earth. The originators of Zencompass have formed two for profit companies, Chatterboxbiz and Sky Is Not The Limit. These companies are created to demonstrate that you can be for profit and yet operate with the focus of having Heaven Here On Earth. Zencompass expects to invite companies and individuals who demonstrate their own commitment to improving life here on earth – companies such as Landmark Education, Oriah Mountain Dreamer,(writer of The Invitation), Oprah Winfrey, (Business Woman), Dr. Maya Angelou, Dr. Phil, Dr. Joyce Meyers, (religious leader) and other companies and individuals whose work move the planet closer to having Heaven Here On Earth. Zencompass believes that most of the companies that are involved with the work to improving the lives of others have the commitment of having Heaven Here On Earth. We at Zencompass plan to invite all companies who are willing to go public about their commitment to having Heaven Here On Earth.
The Mission
Zencompass is a holding company that commits to having Heaven Here On Earth a reality. A life/world that works for everyone with no one left out. This goal is achieved by:
1: Promoting companies who by their very nature already produce and market products that promote having Heaven Here On Earth. (The list of companies we plan to invite to be a part of Zencompass is in the details on this plan. Appendix A)
2: Developing companies, for profit and non-profit, companies that inspire humanity to recognize their desire for having Heaven Here On Earth. The first of these companies are listed below.
a) Chatterboxbiz, a for profit company, a partnership of Margaret & Zoila, a company that makes known to new entrepreneurs, great no-cost businesses that are good and sound, primarily internet businesses. Chatterboboxbiz is dedicated to bringing to the public an Economic Plan B, again committed to move us from a life of being victims of our finances to the opportunity to change our condition to Economic Freedom. b) Sky Is Not The Limit, another for profit partnership of Margaret & Zoila, is a Consulting Company designed to prepare and present TV programs that teach through our life examples how to live a life of having Heaven Here On Earth. (See list of programs prepared for TV viewing and recommended readings. Appendix B)
c) Church of Being Human, a Non-Profit company dedicated in Celebrating and Inspiring the Human Spirit. The board of directors for Church of Being Human are selected from the board of Zencompass. (board of 5 members)
