Ingredients:
¼ cup goji berries
¼ cup raw cacao powder
1 tbsp of maca powder
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup pecans
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
sea salt
1 scoop or 1 tbsp. of spirulina powder (or your favorite green powder)
Coconut flakes (optional)
food processor, blender, or coffee grinder

Directions:
Take the goji berries and pecans and grind them up in the blender until they are a fine powder. Set aside in a bowl. Mix in the cacao powder maca, cinnamon, sea salt, and green powder. Mix it all up in the bowl. Slowly add your raw honey and oil (if coconut oil is not liquid, heat on very low heat, preferably a double boiler, until you can drizzle it into the bowl). Mix all ingredients together. Roll one spoonful of this mixture into a ball, until you are done. For a more attractive look, coat each ball with coconut flakes. Place these superfoood energy balls into the freezer for fifteen minutes so that they “set”. after 15 mounts, take them out and enjoy them or place them into the refrigerator for a quick “go to” energy fix.
