In this series of posts about the Sacred Feminine we will be acknowledging the various qualities of the Divine Feminine Goddess. The goddess is associated with Universal Motherhood, Holy Mother, Mother Earth and the Divine Self within. In order to be whole we need to balance the male and female within us and in the universe by honoring the Sacred Feminine.

What is the Sacred Feminine?

What is the Sacred Feminine? The Sacred Feminine is the energy innate in us and in the universe that serves life itself. The qualities of unconditional love, compassion, wisdom, beauty, gentleness, patience, accepting, forgiving, nurturing, welcoming, accessible, kind, intuitive and healing are carried by the Sacred Feminine.

God is neither male nor female and is beyond form and duality. As humans we need to name and give form to an abstract concept so that we can connect to it at our level of awareness. The Divine Essence has become a Father God figure elevated over Mother God, where man is valued over woman. The time has come to balance the male and female energies within ourselves and in our belief systems by honoring the Sacred Feminine.

The religions of the world have different beliefs, ideologies, and rituals. In looking at what religions have in common it is the intention of love, compassion and kindness to all living things. These qualities are of the Sacred Feminine.

The Sacred Feminine is a powerful essence that gives both strength and fluidity to religions, to us human beings and to all of life. Knowing that the Divine Mother, Kwan Yin and other Divine Feminine Goddesses are present for me gives me strength and comfort as I face life's challenges on my spiritual path of devotion.

Intention

Intention is an important first step toward balancing the male and female within. With intention we focus our energy and our thoughts on the shift that we are creating in ourself which results in balance.

Whatever we focus on we create more of and it expands. The mind is a tool and we create through our thinking. Adding intention drives the arrow to the target of our goal with powerful energy.

So through intention to balance the male and female aspects of ourselves we will draw to us the opportunities that allow this to manifest within us and to grow. Thus we are able to live our true potential and our own divine nature which is balanced.

Awareness

Awareness supports intention. With awareness of our own Divine nature the door opens to seeing the Sacred Feminine and the Father God that both dwell in each of us. The feminine exists within man as well as woman.

Awareness of these dual aspects of ourselves gives energy to developing them and expanding them in ourselves because energy follows awareness.

The rich qualities that are inherent in the Sacred Feminine and the Father God grow to fullness in our spirit when we bring awareness to them both.

Acknowledgment

Acknowledgment of the many wonderful qualities of the Sacred Feminine that we carry in us and express in our daily lives helps to ground us in the knowingness of who we are.

With this awareness and acknowledgement we are more able to live our true potential. We are not our bodies, not our minds or our emotions. Knowing we are Spirit made manifest in flesh assists us in Divine creating in all areas of our lives.

The acknowledgement that we are the balance of the Sacred Feminine and the Father God is key. We are Divine.

Guidelines for Reiki Healing

For more than 27 years I have been helping many people from all walks of life and across the world including India, China and England.

Some clients prefer to come for an Intuitive Reading in person. However, the majority of my clients call me for phone sessions. Intuition is unlimited as God is unlimited so it doesn't matter whether you are in the same room with me or in Hong Kong! My intention is the same - to serve as a channel of clarity and healing to assist you in all areas of your life. Doing this work makes me happy. Intuitive Readings in Saugerties NY and by Phone

When a client sets up an Intuitive Reading session with me I suggest that they write down their questions before the session. The specific questions help the client to focus their intention on what they want guidance for in their life.

At the beginning of the Intuitive Reading with each individual, I go into a meditative state and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for the client. The answer to each question flows through me in words and pictures. The information that I channel is spiritual yet practical.

In September 1992 Maureen received her first degree Reiki training. After years of practicing Reiki healing in small groups, workshops, centers, and retreats throughout the United States, Maureen received her second degree Reiki and Reiki Master Degree in August 1999.
