Spirituality can permanently solve negative emotional attachments that prevent us from leading a joyful life. Akram Vignan is a spiritual science that delves into the impact of negative emotional attachments and shows us how to free ourselves from their effects, enabling us to achieve permanent inner bliss and harmonious relationships.

Science Behind Negative Emotional Attachment

Humans tend to form emotional attachments to certain people and things in our lives. This attachment is often influenced by our past experiences and karma. Therefore, we feel drawn towards them and find comfort, ease and happiness in their presence. However, over time, these positive emotions can turn into negative ones such as hatred, abhorrence, feelings of inner suffocation and negative opinions, which can take away the initial feeling of joy that we once experienced.

Attachment can eventually lead to abhorrence, and there is a science behind it. The more we are attached to something or someone, the greater the suffering we experience. This is because attachment naturally gives rise to expectations, and when these expectations are not met, negative emotions arise, leading to enormous suffering.

Akram Vignan Offers a Permanent Solution

So, how do we deal with this? Do we have to remove these people and things from our lives to experience joy? Akram Vignan says ‘No!’

To start with, it is important to cultivate equanimity toward others, even those we may feel attachment to or hatred towards. This does not mean we must abandon our relationships or things we love. Rather, we need to let go of our attachments and hatred towards them. When we experience suffering, it can be a sign that we have expectations that are not being met. By recognizing this, we can gain insight into our attachments and work towards removing them.

You can do this by asking for forgiveness (pratikraman). Pratikraman is a powerful tool to remove attachment and hatred thereby bringing balance and normality in our relationships.

Attachments and abhorrence arise due to ignorance. When we believe ourselves to be the name and body, we experience their effects such as attachment, hatred, and abhorrence. However, attaining Self-realisation (Gnan) leads to the dissolution of all attachments, leaving behind pure love. In pure love, there are no expectations, and we do not see the faults of others, as we start to see only the pure Soul within every living being.

Self-realization means to have awareness of 'who am I' in all interactions. Without this knowledge, we continue to interact in our relationships with attachment, abhorrence, expectations, negative opinions, etc. But after Self-realisation, we become aware that everyone is a pure Soul, and no one is an independent doer. This right understanding improves our relationships.

By maintaining equanimity with the use of Self-knowledge and pratikraman, we can dissolve all our attachments and overcome suffering while interacting with others. The interactions will be with pure love!

By seeking Akram Vignan, we can attain Self-realisation in just two hours from Gnani Purush, an enlightened being. Through this, we taste the experiential knowledge of the Self and gradually become free from all negative emotional attachments, thus experiencing harmonious relationships and everlasting bliss.

Author's Bio:

Ambalal M. Patel was a civil contractor by profession. In June 1958, spontaneous Self-Realization occurred within Ambalal M. Patel. From this point on, Ambalal became a Gnani Purush, and the Lord that manifested within him became known as Dada Bhagwan. A Gnani Purush is One who has realized the Self and is able to help others do the same. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan used to go from town to town and country-to-country to give satsang (spiritual discourse) and impart the knowledge of the Self, as well as knowledge of harmonious worldly interactions to everyone who came to meet him. This spiritual science, known as Akram Vignan, is the step-less path to Self-realization.
