If you are ready to move beyond your comfort-zone and let go of the old, here are few mighty steps you can take:

1. Beyond Your Comfort-zone

When we do something new or change locations and social surroundings, we get out of our comfort zone and into the unknown. We have no frame of reference for the new experience, which causes us excitement, and typically uneasiness and discomfort. As a matter of fact, we can experience physical disease when we decide that we want something different or embrace a new opportunity, but need to break our habitual behaviors and step out of our comfort.

In my Newsletter “Change, Change, Change” I shared with you how you can embrace change and also initiate growth by picking one habit you would like to change and commit to the new action for 30 days. Take a habit that keeps you from achieving your goals and replace it with a goal achieving action. Your new action will create new neural pathways and eventually become a habit.

2. Bringing in the New

A powerful Feng Shui ritual consists of giving away or throwing away 27 items a day for 9 days in a row. The items can be clothes, books, papers, CDs, kitchen items, and various things that clutter your life. If you miss a day, you need to start all over.

When you let go of the physical items, you can donate them, sell them or throw them away. Letting go of physical items helps us to let go of the emotions attached to them and clears the space for us to open up to new and better energy. Try it!
