Sam has been competing in sport since an early age, both in and out of school. He has studied sport science so that he could help others improve their health as well as himself. He is now 23 and still plays sports such as tennis and football, and also regularly goes to the gym for cardiovascular training and weight lifting.
He has been going to the gym for the last 5 years so he has additionally learnt a great deal from others. This experience gives him a chance to explain to others how they can improve their health, and share any mistakes or hurdles he has encountered over the years.
