Michele received her training at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy & has gone on to study a host of other modalities including, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Structural Energetic Therapy, CranialSacral Therapy and Cranial Release Technique. I only have 'yes' men around me. Who needs 'no' men? Mae West
I only have 'yes' men around me. Who needs 'no' men? - Mae West In my practice I get to feel the effects of negativity on the body everyday. I can feel in the tissues how important it is to surround ourselves with supportive, loving people. If you don't have those people in your life, go out and find them...go on...I'll wait...its important.
Common sense is genius dressed in its working clothes. - Ralph Waldo Emerson Nothing is accomplished in life without effort. It took effort to build up resistance and adhesion in your muscles and it will take effort to take it back out again. OH, but it is so worth it!
Not a shred of evidence exists in favor of the idea that life is serious. - Brendan Gill Much of our stress comes from over emphasizing the importance of things. Life is only as serious as we make it. Lighten up & have some fun.
It's a shallow life that doesn't give a person a few scars. - Garrison Keillor Lighten up & have some fun but know that when we play hard, we sometimes over do it or get hurt. Life is messy and our scars are our badges of courage that say "Hey, look what I did? Dumb huh?" "It's difficult to steer a parked car, so get moving."-Henrietta Mears A object in motion tends to stay in motion. That's the principal on which I based my practice. A clients who chooses a direction to focus on is easier to steer toward healing and balance than one who is still stuck at the starting gate. I can give you a good basis to start from but you have to run the race. Please feel free to contact me at my website: http://bodiesinmotionmassage.com/
