Working with young people for five years taught me the importance of getting the truth out about addiction. There are so many wonderful people out there helping that I felt this would be a wonderful thing to do with my life. Overcoming my addiction to alcohol and drugs has also fueled my intention of eliminating drug and alcohol abuse in this country.
