All of us in life begin loading down a backpack of life expereince. Some of what we carry is good and some are bad. It is my philosophy that there are many that do not clean out their backpack, for they do not know how or the bad baggage becomes too familiar. In order to grow, in order to introspect, in order to become more than you are, one must "CHANGE." We are all changing. One must learn their limitations. "Do not become the rock that others break their problems on for you may become the pebble that is walked on." This quote of mine does not imply do not listen to others, however you cannot help others untill you clean out your backpack and find out who you really are and what path you want to walk down. Once one cleans out their baggage and realizes the heavy burden of past life trauma is either too much drama or impeeds one from growth they then can "FLY." Learn to clean out your own backpack of life. My articles are positive and helpful that focus on self growth and living a more peaceful life.
