The story takes place from the attacks of Al Qaeda that occurred on September 11, 2001 when the CIA decided to focus all its efforts to put an end to the terrorist command, but to do so they must reach its leader, Osama Bin Laden, or one of his top agents, Maya (Jessica Chastain). Maya is assigned to carry out this complex mission, due to its large complications, will become a hell that will never leave, despite what they say their orders. This is a story of many years that can have only one end.

The cast includes a number of well known actors, each with an important task, but the more you do, or rather, the most, is Jessica Chastain. Her character, Maya, is the center of the story, she is the one who sets the pace of the plot. This is possible, because the evolution of this character parallels the evolution of the plot. But focusing on the interpretation of Chastain, I must say, only, it's brilliant acting of the young actress, who once again leaves us astonished, as she did last year in "Maids and Ladies", with the character which earned her an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Other actors to which we are Joel Edgerton, Mark Strong and James Gandolfini, all with very brief appearances, but with characters made for them, so do not do, but to brighten the film.

The direction and script, is again formed by the Oscar winning "The Hurt Locker". The first work is responsible for Kathryn Bigelow, while Mark Boal is responsible for the second.

Bigelow is responsible for joining drama, thriller and action which is probably the best film that has made to date. Make a movie full of realism and seriousness, not suitable for those seeking a mere entertainment. Relive one of the toughest periods from the vision that had an anonymous CIA agent, which is has baptized as Maya, and does so by adding a couple of testimonies and real images of the attacks.

Mark Boal, again we offer a very reliable script amid unimaginable chaos. His work has a lot of merit, especially if we consider the unknown by many, and is, the script had already built and that was the failure to capture bin Laden at Tora Bora, when this was shot. So, with the film already in preproduction, I had to rewrite the script. And yet contributes as possible, thanks, in part, to a great deal of research to make any detail present in the film, real.

Special mention, scenes of torture, mixture of the great work of Bigelow and Boal, that will make viewers are twisted in the seat already that, as we have repeated a couple of times, in Zero Dark Thirty, raw realism.
