You can rise like the Phoenix from the ashes!

It’s amazing to see how some people always manage to stand up and continue when they have been blown over by life.

Some seem to thrive in difficulties and grow to enormous emotional strength in dire circumstances, while other succumb and give up or get ill or even worse.

What is it that helps those people to surf the through upsets in life?

Can we learn from them? And have a possibility of enjoying and achieving life success?

Yes we can.

Resilience

The skill is called resilience and is the ability to stay in balance and withstand stress.

It is a mixture of skill and character traits that combined makes it possible for us to
quickly bounce back, handle situations effectively and be more active than average in
spite of much difficulties.

Resilience is affected by style of interpretation or how we think of ourselves being able to
do things, how well we expect ourselves to do them, how often we attribute our successes
to others or situations instead of ourselves.

What is your style of interpretation?

Right Wrong

1.  I often think about the possibility of making
mistakes when thinking about the future.                                       (  )  (  )
2.  I often seem to make demands on myself                                (  )  (  )
3.  When I have been successful at something I
tend to look at my skill as an important reason                             (  )  (  )

What do you need to look at?

    1. Fear of mistakes increases the risk of doing them as you are focusing on them instead of focusing on the future you want.

The key is your own will and it can be helpful when it’s channeled in the right and positive way.

    2. It’s so easy to demand that we do things perfectly.

Progress comes with many trials ant mistakes.

Just remember Thomas Edison, he got the light bulb right after hundreds
      of mistakes.

Just think of how poorer modern living would be is he had given up!

Are you going to give up?

    3. There’s an old Scandinavian saying “Don’t think you’re anything” and is part of what is called the Jäntelagen.

It’s something we have been taught through the centuries and it’s time we
      brake off the shackles.

We are free to be who we are and our successes are due to our hard work and
diligence! It’s time we enjoy and achieve life success!

Always remember to stand by yourself!
