Our ability to visualize is one of our best tools we have to create our dream world. We all use it a little whether we are aware of it or not.
When we are little kids we push toy cars through the sand box and dream about one day driving a cool Corvette, we might rock a baby doll and dream about having our own baby some day or play air guitar and pretend we are a rock star.
Visualizing is a great way to make your world different or better on any level.
There are several ways you can enhance your natural visualizing experience. We used to put together Vision or Dream Boards to pull together images and ideas for your to focus on and think about.
Now we use Pinterest, it is a game changer. We can pull so much more with this search tool. It really helps to make a container and create, what I think of as a microcosm of our goals and our dreams.
I want each of you to really recognize and acknowledge yourselves as a multi-dimensional person or a spirit. When you realize that we have so much more of the dimensional quality, it helps us to step up into that role as a more powerful creator and a determiner. We have several areas of the brain that help us with our creative experience.
They are the cerebrum, the cerebellum, the medulla oblongata, the brain stem and the ventricles, and the 3rd eye. Our cerebrum is set up like a filing system. These little fibers are like fine antennas. They are reaching out into the ether's into the Universe for everyone.
Whenever we get an idea on our mind, we use one of those little fibers that begin to look out into the Universe for information that vibrates to the same quality of what it is that we are beginning to express an interest in.
We have a separate fiber for each subject that we are interested in. When the fibers reaches around and it finds something, it begins to build a file on that subject. Think of Google doc's for the brain. Remember our outer technology is a reflection of our inner capabilities. So your brain that starts to gather data on that subject, for instance when we were kids and first started going to school.
Before we started going to school, we had a vague idea of what school was going to be like. Then as we started to go, we started to gather all of these pieces of information and they were all stored in one little area, one little file cabinet, and they all go back to the school experience. Of course as we get older, and we go to a few different schools, go through elementary, middle school, high school, college, and other educating processes of higher education, we are always expanding that folder. By now, that folder has a ton of information in it.
I look at this as kind of like a Pinterest board. That is one of the reasons I am so jazzed about the Pinterest. It is a way for us to create a microcosm of our macrocosm desire. We can create a representation of some of the things that we want to experience in a really contained place.
We can compare notes and build on that and have articles in there, and URL’s of different websites that we can go to, to gather more and more information. It just helps us to get up a full head of steam on a subject, and that makes it so much easier for us to follow the dots and allow for that manifestation to come on into this dimension.
Our mental world is operating through those areas and whenever we have desire, and we keep our focus on the ideas and the different little things that we want to create, the Universe starts to cooperate with us. Because the Universe is magnetic in nature as well, we get those little fibers out there and their antennas are looking for pieces that can be a part of the dream board that you are putting together. This is one of our foundations in order to be able to be able to manifest; to create a container of some sort.
I suggest Pinterest to start and go there often to look over the different little things you are wanting to be a part of. This is a platform where we can start to pull together what it is that we want to bring into our lives. I did a little poll recently and a lot of people answered it. The 3 main things that you expressed an interest in were manifesting a career/job change, manifesting good and vibrant health, and manifesting nice and positive relationships. Those are the 3 big pieces that you sent in to me of what you want to create.
What I suggest that you do to start creating a platform, and start to give yourself a foundation and a container to pull in some of the things that might be relative to what you want to create. I love to use Pinterest. You could also use a dream box. Get yourself some sort of a container. You want to get a good size container because you may be collecting a lot of data. You want room for your data.
When you are flipping through a magazine and see ideas you like or images, cut them out and add them to the box. When something comes in the mail that inspires you, add that to your box. You can write or draw an idea that pops up and add that too. A vision board is really nice because you could put that in your office or bedroom, or just some place where you look at it every day. You can run some energy into those ideas and subjects.
Let those images inspire you. Let the words inspire you. A vision board is wonderful. If you don’t vibrate to any of those, you could always use a file folder. That is one of the things that I do for my art. Anytime that I have a little bit of a vision for a piece of a painting that I want to put together, I will do a really rough sketch of it and put it in my art folder. Then, whenever I have time to do some painting, I can get into my art folder and dig through all of those pieces and find one. Sometimes I will even use my colored pencils to get in some rough ideas of color.
Then, you’ve got some ideas that you can take off with. Out of all of these, my very number 1 favorite right now is Pinterest. I have to think that all of you on this call have a computer or I don’t know how you would have heard about this call. So I know that you are a little bit savvy and have computers and understand the internet. If you are not on Pinterest, it is a free platform and it is awesome.
It is set up so that you can pull some different pieces of data and information from your other social networks that you are on. I do this and haven’t had any problems doing that. I recommend that you use Pinterest. It is just a search tool. You can search a keyword.
So, if you want to harness the power of your inner mind to create a vibrant, healthy body, then you can key in those search words; holistic, health, nutrition, miraculous healings for diabetes, and all sorts of keywords. You can follow those searches and see what you come up with to add to your boards. One keyword will give you a whole bunch of options and then you can put those articles, images and ideas on your board.
For each of the subjects that you want to create, you want to create a Pinterest board. I use secret boards so I can add images, articles and ideas freely with out worrying that someone is going to be judging my board.
Sticky notes can be used to pull your ideas together too. When I am putting together a training or project I will create a sticky note with one task on it. I will also create a poster mock up of the finished project. I will cover the mock up with all of the tasks that I need to do to complete the training. As I complete a task I will take that note off the poster mock up and pretty soon my training will be ready to go!
I don't think I will ever get tired of being creative. It is a natural thing for all of us really!
Bright Blessings!
