The Menorah and the Two Olive Trees http://youtu.be/EcIWL_ZARi8

In the acharit-hayamim, which means doomsday in Hebrew, YAH will send out two witnesses dressed, figuratively, in sackcloth. These witnesses will have the spirit of mourning for the sins of the world. "So wrap yourselves in sackcloth, lament and wail, for ADONAI's fierce anger has not turned away from us." Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 4:8 (CJB).

"Also I will give power to my two witnesses; and they will prophesy for 1,260 days, dressed in sackcloth. These are the two olive trees and the two menorahs standing before the Lord of the earth." Revelation 11:3-4 (CJB).

The two witnesses spoken of in the book of Revelation was prophesied by the prophet Z'kharyah (Zechariah)(CJB).

"'Then the angel that had been speaking with me returned and roused me, as if he were waking someone up from being asleep, and asked me, "What do you see?" I answered, "I've been looking at a menorah; it's all of gold, with a bowl at its top, seven lamps on it, and seven tubes leading to the lamps at its top. Next to it are two olive trees, one on the right side of the bowl and the other on its left.'"
Z'kharyah (Zechariah) 4:1-3 (CJB).

"'For even someone who doesn't think much of a day when such minor events take place will rejoice at seeing the plumbline in the hand of Z'rubavel. So these seven are the eyes of ADONAI that range about over all the earth." I replied by asking him, "What are those two olive trees on the right and left sides of the menorah?" Then I asked the question again: "What are those two olive branches discharging gold[-colored oil] through the two gold spouts?" He replied, "Don't you know what they are?" I answered, "No, my Lord." He said, "Those are the two who have been anointed with oil; they are standing with the Lord of all the land.'" Z'kharyah (Zechariah) 4:10-14 (CJB).

I believe that the two olive trees to the left and right of the menorah, discharging gold colored oil through the two gold sprouts, who have been anointed with oil are the two witnesses spoken of in the book of Revelation. Revelation chapter 11 also refer to these two witnesses as two menorahs because the light and glory of Yeshua Ha'Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) will emanate from them. The eyes of humanity will see their light throughout the earth.

Both of these witnesses will have the power given to Moshe (Moses) and Eliyahu (Elijah). The Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit), graciously, allowed three of Yeshua Ha'Mashiach's talmidim (disciples), Kefa (Peter); Ya'akov (James); and Yochanan (John), to see a vision of Eliyahu and Moshe alongside YESHUA in the transfiguration that took place on a high mountain. This miraculous vision is mentioned in Matthew 17:1-9.

"'Six days later, Yeshua took Kefa, Ya`akov and his brother Yochanan and led them up a high mountain, privately. As they watched, he began to change form. His face shone like the sun, and his clothing became as white as light. Then they looked and saw Moshe and Eliyahu speaking with him. Kefa said to Yeshua, "It's good that we're here, Lord. I'll put up three shelters if you want, one for you, one for Moshe and one for Eliyahu." While he was still speaking, a bright cloud enveloped them; and a voice from the cloud said, "This is my Son, whom I love, with whom I am well pleased. Listen to him!" When the talmidim heard this, they were so frightened that they fell face down on the ground. However, Yeshua came and touched them. "Get up!" he said, "Don't be afraid." So they opened their eyes, looked up and saw only Yeshua by himself. As they came down the mountain, Yeshua ordered them, "Don't tell anyone what you have seen until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead.'"

I believe in my spirit that the Ruach HaKodesh revealed to the three talmidim Moshe and Eliyahu standing alongside Yeshua in the transfiguration to let humanity know in the acharit-hayamim that the two witnesses spoken of in Revelation 11 will have a spirit with the power of Moshe and Eliyahu.

"'If anyone tries to do them harm these two witnesses fire will come out of their mouth and consume their enemies. Yes, if anyone tries to harm them, that is how he must die. They have the authority to shut up the sky, so that no rain falls during the period of their prophesying; also they have the authority to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.'" Revelation 11:5-7 (CJB).

Take note that the prophet Eliyahu prevented rain from falling from the sky through the power of the Ruach HaKodesh, giving validity that these two witnesses in Revelation 11 will be given a spirit with the power that was given to the great prophet Eliyahu.

"Eliyahu from Tishbe, an inhabitant of Gil'ad, said to Ach'av, "As ADONAI the God of Isra'el lives, before whom I stand, there will be neither rain nor dew in the years ahead unless I say so." M'lakhim Alef (1 Kings) 17:1. (CJB)

Also, remember, that Moshe was given the power by YAH to cause plagues to fall over the land of Egypt and to turn water into blood in Egypt, giving validity that these two witnesses in Revelation 11 will be given the authority and power that was given to the faithful servant Moshe.

"'ADONAI said to Moshe and Aharon, "Take handfuls of ashes from a kiln, and let Moshe throw them in the air before Pharaoh's eyes. They will turn into fine dust over all the land of Egypt and become infected sores on men and animals throughout Egypt." So they took ashes from a kiln, stood in front of Pharaoh and threw them in the air; and they became infected sores on men and animals.'" Sh'mot (Exodus) 9:8-10 (CJB).

"For this time, I will inflict my plagues on you, yourself, and on your officials and your people; so that you will realize that I am without equal in all the earth. By now I could have stretched out my hand and struck you and your people with such severe plagues that you would have been wiped off the earth. But it is for this very reason that I have kept you alive -to show you my power, and so that my name may resound throughout the whole earth." Sh'mot (Exodus) 9:14-16 (CJB).

"'ADONAI said to Moshe, "Say to Aharon, 'Take your staff, reach out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their rivers, canals, ponds and all their reservoirs, so that they can turn into blood. There will be blood throughout the whole land of Egypt, even in the wooden buckets and stone jars.'" Moshe and Aharon did exactly what ADONAI had ordered. He raised the staff and, in the sight of Pharaoh and his servants, struck the water in the river; and all the water in the river was turned into blood." Sh'mot (Exodus) 7:19-20 (CJB).

The Two Witnesses in Revelation 11 will be martyred, resurrected and ascend into heaven.

"'When they finish their witnessing, the beast coming up out of the Abyss will fight against them, overcome them and kill them; and their dead bodies will lie in the main street of the great city whose name, to reflect its spiritual condition, is "S'dom" and "Egypt" - the city where their Lord was executed. Some from the nations, tribes, languages and peoples see their bodies for three-and-a-half days and do not permit the corpses to be placed in a tomb. The people living in the Land rejoice over them, they celebrate and send each other gifts, because these two prophets tormented them so. But after the three-and-a-half days a breath of life from God entered them, they stood up on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. Then the two heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here!" And they went up into heaven in a cloud, while their enemies watched them. In that hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest were awestruck and gave glory to the God of heaven. The second woe has passed; see, the third woe is coming quickly The seventh angel sounded his shofar; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of the world has become the Kingdom of our Lord and his Messiah, and he will rule forever and ever!" The twenty-four elders sitting on their thrones in God's presence fell on their faces and worshipped God, saying, "We thank you, ADONAI, God of heaven's armies, the One who is and was, that you have taken your power and have begun to rule. "The Gentiles raged. But now your rage has come, the time for the dead to be judged, the time for rewarding your servants the prophets and your holy people, those who stand in awe of your name, both small and great. It is also the time for destroying those who destroy the earth." Then the Temple of God in heaven was opened, and the Ark of the Covenant was seen in his Temple; and there were flashes of lightning, voices, peals of thunder, an earthquake and violent hail.'" Revelation 11:5-19.

Woe to all of the inhabitants of the earth. THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND!! THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE DAY OF THE LORD IS AT HAND!! And who shall be able to stand in the great and terrible day of the LORD? Those with a pure heart and clean hands who have not bowed their knees to Ba'al will be able to stand in the great and terrible day of ADONAI. Get ready for the return of the Messiah. We are living in the last days!

"'Blow the shofar in Tziyon! Sound an alarm on my holy mountain!" Let all living in the land tremble, for the Day of ADONAI is coming! It's upon us! a day of darkness and gloom, a day of clouds and thick fog; a great and mighty horde is spreading like blackness over the mountains. There has never been anything like it, nor will there ever be again, not even after the years of many generations.'" Yo'el (Joel) 2:1-2 (CJB).

"'For the day is coming, burning like a furnace, when all the proud and evildoers will be stubble; the day that is coming will set them ablaze," says ADONAI-Tzva'ot, "and leave them neither root nor branch. But to you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings; and you will break out leaping, like calves released from the stall. You will trample the wicked, they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I take action," says ADONAI-Tzva'ot. "Remember the Torah of Moshe my servant, which I enjoined on him at Horev, laws and rulings for all Isra'el. Look, I will send to you Eliyahu the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible Day of ADONAI. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children and the hearts of the children to their fathers; otherwise I will come and strike the land with complete destruction.'" Malachi 4 (CJB).
