you’ve without a doubt tried one diet after the other, the powder diets, no fat cure, Atkins diet and what they all are called. And in the end you end up with a small weight loss if you have been lucky, or no loss or even an increase in weight sometime after you stopped the diet, just like me and many others people that are struggling with the weight.
This is common for them all and hence their common failure that is they only give short-term weight loss and not a lasting weight loss.
Some of them may even end up with damage to your kidneys, liver and may even cause you to get other related diseases.

In addition to their poor track record, they all also have another unfortunate side effect, which is that you deprive your body of essential vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein, apart from the Atkins diet that is all protein.
This results in that they make far more damage to your body, than the sort-term benefits, and it’s also always struggle to follow these diets. It causes many to give up and in a worst case scenario it starts a eating frenzy on sweets, chocolate, junk food, etc that ends up giving your more weight to struggle with.

So if you really want a diet that works, then you have to look at your daily diet and make changes here, because it’s here and only here it will give you the lasting weight loss and especially a healthier body.
I Have previously written about small changes create big results, something that I stand by as they have worked and still works on mine and, family's bodies and all the people that have reported back to me after trying it.
When you start making this diet change, make them slowly give yourself and your family time to get used to new things.
Start by changing the white bread with whole wheat bread, it elevates your intake of dietary fiber which results in you feel more full and satiated for a longer period of time. Once these is done then look at the cold cuts, the meat you buy, pasta in short, look for new healthier variations of those things, because they all have a higher content of protein and diet fibers.
Drop soda, milk or juice for dinner, take a glass of water instead it has no calories in water.

You can as the family makes it a sport / competition to find new healthy things can change the old out with, that is, it should not be a competition of who has the highest weight loss, and certainly not if you do it with children.!
It is about creating a healthier lifestyle and dietary habits.!
It is ultimately only your imagination that sets limits, along with your taste buds .....

An example of making a healthier everyday item can be the pasta meat sauce.
Changes the fatty ground beef out with a low fat version when it’s scorched then pour the released fat out making it a slimmer version.
Peel 1 to 2 carrots and grate them on a fine grater and put it in pasta meat sauce, it can’t be tasted and it gives texture and not least it is healthy.

So if you will have a diet that works, then a diet change the way you should go
