Change Your Biological Computer Programming

Would you like to change and enhance your mental and physical wellbeing?

Would you like to improve your life and work?

I love what Dr. Joe Dispenza says about wanting to create a better life and have more success:

“We can’t create a new future while we’re living in our past. It’s simply impossible.”

“Psychologists tell us that by the time we’re in our mid-30s, our identity or personality will be completely formed. This means that for those of us over 35, we have memorized a select set of behaviors, attitudes, beliefs, emotional reactions, habits, skills, associative memories, conditioned responses, and perceptions that are now subconsciously programmed within us. Those programs are running us, because the body has become the mind. This means that we will think the same thoughts, feel the same feelings, react in identical ways, behave in the same manner, believe the same dogmas, and perceive reality the same ways. About 95 percent of who we are by midlife1 is a series of subconscious programs that have become automatic—driving a car, brushing our teeth, overeating when we’re stressed, worrying about our future, judging our friends, complaining about our lives, blaming our parents, not believing in ourselves, and insisting on being chronically unhappy, just to name a few.” (Dr. Joe Dispenza)

We can unleash our true human potential and the latest scientific theories of neuroplasticity and research support this. When we are changing our thinking, our beliefs, and our mind chatter, we rewire our brain and there is physical evidence of changes in the brain.

I love sharing powerful tools and techniques (https://ulrikeberzau.com/contact-ulrike-berzau/) with my clients that help rewire their brains. If you’re interested in learning some of these tools and techniques you can start here (https://ulrikeberzau.com/contact-ulrike-berzau/) right now.

How You Can Rewire and Reprogram Your Mind

Start with these simple steps and you will be amazed by the positive results:

•Do something NEW
•Approach everything DIFFERENTLY as much as you can
•Do the things you have been PROCRASTINATING

For example, change up your morning routine. If you watch the news first thing and go on social media, take a walk, exercise, or journal. Take a different route to work or school, drink your coffee/ tea with the other hand or drink tea instead of coffee or water. When you get dressed start with the other arm or leg… Call a person you always wanted to talk to or do a house chore or office task you have been putting off. During the day, keep interrupting your patterns by doing things differently whenever you have the opportunity.

You will notice as time passes that you will slip back into the same habits. This often happens to all of us. When you find yourself slipping back, remind yourself, without feeling bad about it or judging yourself, to keep going doing something different or new. Our programming is so strong, it runs 95% of our life and if you are able to change a few percentages you are doing amazing work.

When you are flooding your mind with new and different things, you might feel a little bit uncomfortable as your subconscious loves the status quo. Embrace feeling uncomfortable when you are interrupting your old patterns, create new neuro-pathways, and open yourself up to new and better things in your life.
