Use a Stress Ball. These things are cheap, lightweight, and a perfect way to rid yourself of the day to day stress that you've been feeling!
Leaving Job Stress at the Job
When you get home, the job is done, and you don't need to bring your stress home with you. Leave it where it belongs - a the job. You can always address it the next business day!
There are a number of things that you could do with your time at home when you let go of the stress. For instance you could try prayer, meditation, or even yoga. Speak with friends, play with a pet, do anything that makes you feel peaceful! The type of atmosphere you want and create is up to you, and always will be unlike the atmosphere at your job.
If you let go of that stress, you will avoid being frustrated, angry, and your relationships with people will be better overall. In addition to that you will find that you are much healthier!
