Learning to calm our emotions is a crucial step on our path to the 5th dimension. Heavy discordant emotions take us out of our peaceful center making it difficult for us to hear our inner voice and follow the guidance it provides. Our emotions ignite our thoughts into manifestation. It is important for us to listen within and follow the guidance provided, as it allows for ease and grace in our transitions.

Whenever we feel inner discordance, we need to ask ourselves, “What message am I to be responding to and what should I be letting go of right now?” All our negative emotions are showing us the areas in which we are not aligned with the 5th dimension. It is time for us to love and nurture ourselves. What emotional broadcast are we sending out to the world? Being aware of the change in our emotions is half the journey.

As humans, we experience many emotions throughout the day. For many people, there is fear of a peaceful state of being, as they prefer the more alive emotions which lead them to drama filled lives. Some of us will learn to value harmonious emotions by 1st experiencing discordant ones. Everyone at some point will come to the point in which drama is no longer required and will experience a longing for peace.

For many of us, drama in our lives is fed by our desire to change people to who we want them to be; to have them behave in certain ways. When we release that attachment and just accept people, for who they truly are, they usually become much more loving and cooperative. When people behave in ways in which we do not approve, we can ask ourselves, “What am I doing to create this?” We can see it as an opportunity to learn to love them rather than to protect ourselves.

We can choose peace no matter how other are behaving. We have to stop blaming others for our current emotional states. Instead of thinking of ways to have others behave differently so we can be happy, we can learn about why we are feeling the way we do so we are not dependent on anything outside of ourselves. We have to stop giving our power away by allowing others to determine how we feel. We can focus our attention on making our own life work and empowering ourselves.

What emotional broadcast are we sending out to the world? All our negative emotions are showing us the areas in which we are not aligned with the 5th dimension. It is time for us to love and nurture ourselves. We can release negative emotions quickly by experiencing them, locating the feeling within our body, and adding a color to it. Once we have identified it in our body, we can breathe love and light into it. As we experience the emotion fully, we can release it.

We can change our emotions through music, meditation, certain foods, exercise, or anything else that has effectively altered our mood in the past. We can choose peace over worry, calm over discordance, and love over drama and we can choose to relax, relate, release rather than react. As we listen to our inner guidance we will find ease, grace, and joy in our lives.

Unconsciously, we match the energy of people that are around us. We can notice this when we are around people by observing our breathing, our pace in talking, and our emotions. If we are matching people’s breathing we need to stop as it opens us up to their thoughts and energies that we do not want. Rather, be the leader by breathing slowly and calmly and let them match you.

As we raise vibrations within ourselves, we no longer will unconsciously take on the lower vibrations of other's emotions; in fact, we will no longer attract those kinds of people into our life. This is a trick to learn for all empaths. By recognizing when we are taking on other people’s energies we are learning to release them. Deep breathing is something we all can do wherever we are and can assist in releasing the energy of others.

The trick is in becoming transparent. Being transparent is when we learn how
to remain calm, balanced, and centered while exposed to energies, thoughts, and feeling of those around us who are in different vibrations. Those with whom we have the most difficulty harmonizing with are those who we can learn the greatest from and the reason why we have attracted them into our lives.

Being transparent means making no judgments about others and not reacting to what they do. Within every situation there is a higher and lower frequency we can tune into. We become transparent to lower vibrations by not giving them energy and refocusing our energy on the higher aspects of the situation. Send love, light, and healing to the lower vibrations, as this will transform the energy and assist us in valuing our vibration.
