Stress concerns us all and is a major cause of disease today. Our first name is the essence of who we are. Our last name shows how our environment affects us. It is within our middle name that indicates how we deal with stress. So, how does your name handle stress? Let’s look at some of the indicators or letters in the middle name. What is stated below works only when these letter combinations in the middle name as they are interpreted differently in the first or last name.
One of the many indicators in a name that shows a person is prone to stress is the ‘AR’ combination. Every combination represents multiple characteristics, and one of those characteristics in the ’AR’ is that the person has a hard time standing up for them self. That can definitely cause stress as words get caught in their throat and don’t come out. It is all the ‘AR’ can do to hold their composure and not show their surprise at the judgment or the anger at being judged incorrectly. ‘AR’s observe plenty yet feel helpless to do much about it. The reason ‘AR’s have a difficult time facing or combating criticism is that they often see things from a different point of view than others. They observe more and thus have more data with which to make a decision or come to a conclusion.
‘AR’s would like the world to be fair, and can stand up for others without a problem, yet they tend to shut down when they are criticized. Since the ‘AR’ works for praise, anything that is not praise worthy damages their self-esteem and hurts their feelings. Once their feelings get hurt, their brain shuts off and stops working.
One of the things that help ‘AR’ is if their boss or family member makes a suggestion to them versus a criticism. Something like, “Can we try this?” versus “You’re not doing it right, it needs to be done this way.” ‘AR’s can easily handle a suggestion with plenty of cooperation as they are willing to try anything that makes logical sense. People with ‘AR’ in their middle name will eventually learn to master their stress as ‘AR’s like their lives to be peaceful.
Another stressful letter combination to look for is the ‘RT’ as one of the traits indicated in this combination is that the person is a perfectionist. Wanting everything to be perfect definitely causes stress as nothing is good enough. Perfection is consistently being sought in themselves and others. This can cause them to feel let down and frustrated, besides being overly critical of self and/or others. Interestingly, many people with the ‘RT’ combination feel that they are close to perfect and why can’t others seem to get their act together? They judge themselves harshly and expect a lot from themselves. All of this pressure they put on themselves, and they forget others are not putting pressure on them. Given enough time, the ‘RT’ criticalness will come forward and affect relationships. Luckily there are some letters that can override or minimize this tendency when found in the same name.
Another stressful combination to watch for is the ‘ND’ as this combination means that the person constantly wants the world to be a better place than it is. Thus, they desire to keep seeing things improve. What happens when they don’t? Stress! The ‘ND’ has lots of ideas on how to make things better yet does not always have the outlet to see thee ideas in action or put into play, which can be frustrating. The good news is that the ‘ND’s of the world make a huge difference in many ways, like returning a borrowed cookie pan with baked cookies on top. The key for ‘ND’s is to find many outlets for their stress in little things that can be done on a daily basis.
Remember, there are many letter combinations that can show stress, even though only three are shared here, and there are always letters that can minimize these effects or come to the rescue and totally override them. Knowing all of the combinations in a name gives a complete package.
