One more thing that can be done is resting your hands behind your head for support as you lean forward. The V-knee is one of the best stomach exercises for women, although is considered to be a little more of an advanced exercise to engage in.

This starts off perched on the floor with arms bent placed behind you, legs straight out, and palms flat on the floor.
Have your knees come up to your chest. While leaning back marginally, and at the same time have your chest come forward.

Move your legs backwards to the starting position while not allowing them to touch the ground. And, continue doing so. These exercises can really prove to be fantastic for burning belly fat once given a go.
