Are you ready for the holidays? There's always so much to do this time of year, but I have a special request. I would like you to give yourself a gift. It may be the best gift you get this year.
And believe it or not you will not have to dip into your savings. Honestly, it won't cost you any money. Now you're skeptical aren't you?
Here it is. I want you to give yourself the gift of forgiveness. Each of us have something that we harbor bad feelings about. It could be something we did to someone else or it could be something someone did to us. Either way we carry this bitter resentment around each day. It is very much a part of you whether you think you keep it hidden or not.
Now I know you've had this resentment for a long time and you are use to it. Possibly you are afraid of what your life would be like without it. Would you still be the real you?
Mostly certainly! It is such a freeing experience when we are able to set our resentment down and walk away. Think how much lighter you will feel! Think about the joy you will now be able to experience because you no longer have to feel burdened by that resentment! But just because you forgive doesn't mean you have to be best friends with the offender. It simply means you move on with your life and thank God for this opportunity to grow as a Christian.
Forgiveness is a wonderful gift to give yourself.
I would be honored to work with you or someone you might know that could benefit from Life Coaching.
Remember, you are a brilliant, capable, loving , contributing, creative, resourceful, and generous individual and I believe in you.
May God richly bless you and my God's love, peace, and energy touch you in faith.
