Remember way back in January when you made those New Year’s resolutions? Time sure flies! Now that fall is quickly approaching, it’s a great opportunity to take one last long look at those beginning-of-the year goals and assess how you are doing. This is the perfect time to review and evaluate those goals because there’s still plenty of time left in the year to take action on what’s most important!

With that in mind, here are ten questions for you to consider as you rededicate yourself to making your life an incredibly delicious experience:

1. What was your overall goal or objective for this year?

2. What is happening in relation to that goal?

3. Are you feeling more confident about yourself and your life?

4. Are your outcomes what you expected? If so, what worked well? If not, what might you do differently?

5. What has been your greatest success so far in relation to that goal?

6. Are you taking daily action on what is most important to you?

7. What behaviors or habits do you need to change to produce better results?

8. What are you learning from your experience?

9. What specific results will you achieve by the end of the year?

10. Where do you go from here?

Ask yourself these searching questions to review how your life journey is unfolding. If your self-improvement goals were derailed during the year, it’s not too late to get back on track. Commit to what you want now and decide the best way to move forward. Follow through with action and you’ll soon be feeling very successful!
