You are a continuous learner. You are always striving to achieve personal growth and in turn live abundantly in all areas of your life. You envision your ideal life, but feel that there is a big piece missing and that is – HOW to achieve it. You feel you have the drive, but need specific tools to align to your soul purpose and live it! You have the need to discover who YOU are to really know where you are going. Your ultimate vision is living your soul purpose.
The good news is that it’s entirely possible to live your soul purpose and as a result create ultimate life satisfaction and contentment. This is realistically probable by aligning to your soul characteristics and values! The only obstacle is the know-how to achieve the results you really want…AND…utilizing your natural soul gifts and traits, so that what you desire actually comes to you!
The First Key
Know yourself thoroughly on a soul level.
Usually, we all have beliefs about ourselves, about who we are. We intellectualize, rationalize and sometimes even know our emotions to the very core. We get stuck in our ‘human self’ and our personal agendas without ever realizing who we are at soul level. Our ego dictates most of our inner reality which then of course, manifests into our outer reality or circumstances, which are usually unique to us.
This being said, do you really know who you are as a soul, which transcends the human self and ego? Do you know your unique vibrational strength where things come most naturally to you? Do you know your unique soul history? Do you know your soul’s challenges?
We, as souls come to earth to learn unique life lessons to achieve growth. Are you currently learning a life lesson in your specific life situation? What are you vibrationally made of? i.e. are you a healer, teacher or an animal activist?
Finally, are you really living your soul’s purpose? i.e. are you truly aligned to why you are here?
I know, these are more questions than really a key, but the intention is that the more you have answers to these questions, the closer you are to your personal breakthrough. Therefore, know yourself on a deep level and use your strengths and orientation to achieve the results you want with career, relationships, money and health.
For example, you are feeling stuck in a career you do not like, but circumstances are preventing you from leaving your job. What is at play here? Logically it makes sense to stay, but at soul level you resonate at a completely different angle and it is like using a square peg to insert into a round hole. Or, you keep getting attracted to the wrong kind of men. What life lesson are you learning? It might be self- acceptance and once you start loving yourself, you will begin to attract the right man for you. Knowledge helps you gain clarity and momentum to create the change you want in your life.
The Second Key
Cut through clutter- prioritize.
Our ego hates change. It loves to keep things the way they are. One technique it uses is to distract us with ‘stuff’ that is not necessary for us at a given time. We also tend to get stuck with things and situations that no longer serve us. As a result, we create clutter, mental, emotional and physical. This makes our homeostasis, which our ego is comfortable with. This status keeps things the way they are. To achieve a personal breakthrough, it is essential to break through the clutter. Prioritize what is important to you in terms of values, goals and desires. Sometimes it’s inevitable that we let go of people, relationships, things etc. The more we hone in to what we want, the more perceivable it becomes. It gets more real. And then the only thing we want is to achieve it. Everything else falls to the wayside and we become more aligned to who we are, so it becomes easier to get what we want. This is the second key to gaining momentum to creating the change you want in your life.
The Third Key
Define your goals and take intentional, specific action steps.
Make your goals specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.
Once you know your priorities, it then becomes easy to define your goals. The more specific you are, the goal is more achievable. Being vague is a distraction, and also a way towards procrastination. Being realistic and giving yourself a timeline is essential towards achieving a personal breakthrough.
