I was inexplicably drawn to learn about astrology in my early twenties. After only a few hours in my first formal astrology class (in 1972) I was surprised to learn that all the symbols were already very familiar to me, and I came to understand that I had practiced astrology in numerous 'prior' incarnations.

Since then I have been guided to numerous teachers, some in the flesh, and others through books, and even online. Jean San Carlos, Marcia Moore, and Noel Tyl were the first teachers I sat in the same room with. But Dane Rudhyar's writings probably had the strongest impact on my studies. Rudhyar inspired me to be the kind of astrologer who works for the evolution of human consciousness.

I do not consider myself a specialist within the field of astrology. But I have evolved considerable experience consulting on intimate relationships, money, and relocation because those are the areas more people have asked about.

I have strong interests also in the area of early childhood nurturing, and family dynamics.
