Being spiritual is key to being a good lawyer, a good professional, a great mom or whatever you do!
Why spiritual versus religious? Because there is no dogma being spiritual. You can be religious and spiritual at the same time.
Having boundaries in our work, our home, our relationships are key. If we allow others to violate our boundaries and if we continue to violate other's boundaries, it prevents true honest relationships and keeps us in judgement of others and ourself. Honoring ourselves is not selfish.
We can only give what we have. If you are in a co-dependant relationship, I can guarantee you are violating your own boundaries. It will affect everything in your life.
