I have been a confidant, guide and mentor to friends, family and
colleagues for over 20 years and a Life & Business coach for more
than 8 of those years. Regardless of the reason my clients started to
work with my, the focus of our work together always turned towards
their relationships, most often their spouse, or lack there of, and
children.
Over 16 years ago, I was an accomplished
heart-centered single mom of two teenage girls, very tired of the
dating game and ready for a life with my Soul Mate, the person I could
spend the rest of my life with. A friend shared a simple common tool
with me and from there I developed a process by which I found my Soul
Mate. I met my husband Cris within 6 weeks of completing the process
and less than 5 months later we were together and have been ever since.
That was 14 years ago.
A few years ago one of my
clients said to me “I want what you have. I want a relationship like
you and Cris”. While I have always freely shared the process I used
with friends, family and colleagues with great success. I had never
formalized the process before.
Since then, each
individual I have worked closely with to find their Soul Mate has also
found the Love of Their Life in less than 6 months after completing the
process. I believe that if you have the desire for True Love, your Soul
Mate, the Love of Your Life, isn’t far away.
As a
certified Life Coach, I take a deeply spiritual non-religious approach
to my work and continuously strive to grow myself deepen my knowledge
through my experiences and as an avid student of psychology and
philosophy.
In my life, I have been an unwed mother,
extracted myself from an abusive marriage, raised two daughters as a
single mother through extremely challenging teen years, experienced two
layoffs and became the mother of my first granddaughter.
I
have often taken the rocky path and broken trails through the jungle of
life that I might guide and assist others to fully express and align
with the greater essence of who they are.
There is
little that surprises me, nothing that shocks me, and much that awes
me, as I witness the blossoming and the fullness of expression of those
I connect and play with in this game of life.
I am
forever grateful for where I’ve been and to those I know. With joy and
expectation, I look forward to the adventure of what is yet to come.
