For nearly twenty years, Tonoa Bond; "The Audacity Expert", Certified in Forensic Psychology, Master Life Coach, Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Hypnotherapist, Radio Host and Author, has been on the path to discovering the secret to achieving maximum potential in one's life. What she learned is that living your dreams begins with having the audacity to believe that your dreams are possible.  That knowing it is your own IndividualPsychology;  your core beliefs about yourself and the world around you, along with your conditioned responses to past actions and behaviors. both positive and negative, that shapes who you are and what you will become. 

 

Born and raised in the projects of Chicago, Tonoa effectively navigated an environment where boldness and audacity were prerequisites to make it through the day.  In this environment she learned that while one's external environment does have an effect on the shaping of their internal environment, one does not have to build their belief system simply on the things that they see, or the lack thereof.  Through her company, To Know a Dream International, Tonoa reminds people that no matter where they have been or where the tragedies of their life say they are going, it is never too late to redirect a faulty train of thought and be the person they were destined to be. 

 

Tonoa uses her radio platform on BlogTalkRadio to inspire others to reach new levels of awareness and success and become the persons they were destined to be.  Through her talks, customized seminars, group tele-classes and myriad writings, Tonoa leads people on their own personal journeys of becoming reacquainted with their dreams while helping them find their audacity; the personal power and shameless boldness that's necessary to follow them.  Tonoa is an educator in human behavior and through her online training institute, thebondinstitute.com, Tonoa trains and certifies Coaches and those in personal development in understanding human behavior and reconditioning the subconscious mind.  Tonoa has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Business and Leadership Coaching Psychology.  Tonoa is also a mother, an interfaith minister, Army veteran and philanthropist.
