Tatyana Krychkina holds two Master's Degrees in Psychology with concentrations in Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counseling from the New School University, New York and in General and Educational Psychology from Moscow State Pedagogical University, Russia.
She has mastered various therapy methods, including classical psychoanalysis, Gestalt therapy, Carl Roger's client centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural Family Therapy, Motivational interviewing and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Tatyana has had a successful career working as an MST therapist (Multi Systemic Therapy) treating teenagers with serious behavioral problems.
She brings to the table over 20 years of expertise in the fields of psychology, mental health, business, consulting and teaching. Over the years, she has served over 700 clients.
Tatyana’s areas of expertise include coaching parents on a variety of topics, including how to discipline children; how to raise responsible kids from an early age; problematic teenage behaviors; how to communicate better with your kids; conflict resolution and many others.
As a personal empowerment coach, Tatyana enjoys helping people to find and embrace joy and balance in their lives, as well as help them to move forward after being challenged with a difficult life situation (a separation, divorce or death of a loved one).
