Healthy, natural weight loss is achievable... What's more it can be achieved without the use of weight loss pills, weight loss potions, drastic weight loss surgery or weight loss self-hypnosis mumbo-jumbo...
I'm living proof that losing a few pounds and tightening your waist-line up can be done.
But first let me give you a bit of background information on what happened to me or should I say, what didn’t happen for me when I first realized I needed to lose some weight...
What you should know first of all is that I'm just a normal person living a normal life. My name is Sue Brown and like so many young adults, I spent months desperately trying to get rid of my weight loss problem.
Before my weight problems began I regularly swam, cycled and was generally very active and it was only a sudden change in my life that meant I had to unfortunately stop all these activities.
I never used to have issue with my weight at all. However, in September 2005, after having a normal size 10 - 12 body for so many years I began life at a new university as a photography student. Even though this was fantastic and I was having a great time, the problem was my whole lifestyle was altered. My diet changed, I was sleeping less and because of the work load it actually became quite stressful.
I won't go into why because my 'sob story' would take all day and I also realize that your time is precious. However, what I do hope is that you'll spend the next 30 seconds reading this through because it'll almost certainly save your health, your money as well as a lot of time and heart ache.
The long story cut short: I started to 'comfort eat' and probably due to lack of exercise and the poor quality of the food I was eating, within 8 weeks I had jumped a dress size and things didn't get any better from there.
After a few months the work eased off slightly and I actually did have the chance to start swimming and made a big effort to get myself healthy again - which I hoped would improve my now size 14 - 16 body. However, after hoping for the best for a number of weeks, it became obvious that it wasn't going to work.
And that was the point when I realized I had to do something about it.
To cut to the chase... I tried a well known slimming club, which worked for a while but I was unhappy with the fact I had to count calories. I then tried an appetite suppressant supplement called Hoodia gordonii a leafless spiny succulent plant with medicinal uses. It grows naturally in South Africa and Namibia. The major issues was that I was spending so much money on pills from the website I was getting my supply from and it seemed like I was returning every few days to purchase even more. Not good when you are on a student budget!
So I decided to give up on weight loss while I took my final exams at Uni.
A while later I stumbled upon a way of losing weight in a natural healthy way by a fashion model I was photographing for a magazine cover and my weight loss worries practically disappeared within a few months.
What I learned was so simple, yet no one seems to be teaching the techniques and I am sure that the so-called 'weight loss guru's' would not be pleased if this information was leaked to the general public...
However, I feel it is my duty to pass on this knowledge to anyone who needs or wants it, regardless of what the multi-billion dollar weight loss and diet industry thinks about me or my controversial weight loss manuscript - The Secret Of Slim.
If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking.

A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person.

All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible.
