Stephen's entrepreneurial focus for his next-fifty is guding grandparents - who are profssionals - to fully express their eco-life legacy with the invovlement of their grandchildren.
He is an educator, learner, leader, writer, author, facilitator, infopreneur, thought-note speaker world traveler, walker, friend and gluten free/lactose free cook.
Stephen's work experience spans over 40+ years and six continents within the corporate, public and nonprofit sectors.
A Diploma in Forest Technology, Bachelor of Arts (Social Geography), Honours Bachelor of Outdoor Recreation, Master of Science and Doctorate in Adult Education form the framework for his professional success.
A classroom and online instructor of 15 years, Stephen has taught and facilitated courses through Mount Royal University, University of Calgary and Royal Roads University in the areas of organizational culture, workplace learning, leadership and management development, and curriculum development. In addition, he served as a mentor to doctoral learners completing their PhD dissertations in training and performance improvement at Capella University. Stephen was a core faculty member in the leadership program at The Banff Centre in Banff, Alberta Canada.
Stephen's credo to create the well-living world™ by inspiring the well-living workplace™ was initially influenced by his educational pursuits and world learning adventures. He has refined this credo to focus on guiding professionals - who are grandparents - to support trees and children programs in their local communities and around the world with the involvement of their grandchildren.
All of what he is learned is brought to bear on strengthening the world's ecological literacy through people's friendship with trees.
