Stephen has a long-held interest in ethics and integrity, particularly in the business environment. He has degrees in philosophy, including Master of Arts with first class honours. His MA was achieved with a thesis on corporate social responsibility and the critieria used by rating agencies to rank organisations. This thesis has been published as a book (Corporate Social Responsibility Indexes: Measure for Measure, published by VDM Verlag and available at Amazon).
In collaboration with Barry Shepherd, Stephen developed a self-develpment program based on Integrity, Simplicity and Focus. This is delivered as an ebook through the Uberkills website. The ebook includes scenarios and exercises so that individuals can apply the lessons to their own lives. Barry and Stephen are both practising management consultants so the advice and guidance is pragmatic, realistic and easy to apply.
Stephen aims to build on the Uberskills program by adding exercises and articles within the three defined uberskills.
