Training and Experience:

 

Stress management and how to help others learn its power became an important part of my career while working in law enforcement. As a police chief, certified instructor with the Maryland Police Training Commission, and an adjunct instructor with the Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy, I developed and taught officer survival training with stress management as a foundational life saving skill to police officers across the state of Maryland.  I incorporated stress management awareness throughout my police agency, helping ensure officers learned how to successfully handle life and death high stress situations and chronic day-to-day emotional tension.

 

After being named as the Corporate Security Director for a major bank, I incorporated stress management into the bank’s robbery and kidnap training program. Thousands of employees and executives learned proven life saving strategies to successfully handle high stress situations.

In recent years my focus has been applying life changing stress reduction methods to improve the health and well being of people with serious medical challenges.  I help people facing cancer and other conditions, teaching them how to reduce stress and encourage rapid recovery. EFT is my primary tool.

In addition to a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, I hold certifications in EFT, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a Master Practitioner, and Quantum-Touch® energy healing as a practitioner and instructor.
