I believe that any unhappiness is a product of believing your thoughts. And when your thoughts are stressful or negative, you have a false idea in consciousness. This isn't to say you are wrong or uninformed...not at all. You would be normal. But normal isn't happy. And getting happy is what we are all up to! So my life work is to find every tool I can to make us realize that we can be happy, right here and right now, no matter what our external circumstances may be.
When I live this way, I am happy. When I don't, I am unhappy. Everything I have learned, I share on my website, in my articles, through my books and workshops. If you have something that has changed your life for the better, let me know. I will add this information to one of the many vehicles of communication I use in my work.
I've written many on workplace-stress and conflict. These are available to print, copy, and share or even to use in your newsletters or websites (I only ask that you "pay it forward" with a courtesy link or website URL reference back to http://www.work-stress-solutions.com).
My site also offers free videos, worksheets, ebooks, quotes and other resources to deal with stressful thinking.
