Stephanie Armstrong is a graduate of Sullivan University holding a Bachelors of Science of Paralegal Studies and a Masters of Science in Conflict Management. She has over 20 years experience in the insurance and litigation field with a primary focus in personal injury, medical malpractice, family law and elder law.

Stephanie developed an intriguing love for Alternative Conflict Resolution when she was working on her associates degree in paralegal studies and learned of the tremendous benefits and empowerment these processes held. She knew she wanted to help others to settle their own conflicts, keeping their own best interests and the interests of their families intact, knowing that these ACR processes are a positive, cost effective method for resolving disputes.

Later she took her profession a step further and wanted to practice proactive methods for helping individuals achieve their goals and become the best they could be. Stephanie incorporated life coaching into her profession to help individuals manage their stress and hectic lifestyles, manage family issues and maintain a healthy personal well-being.

Stephanie is also focused on educating our youth in alternative conflict resolution concepts. She is currently involved in developing Project PEACEWorks which is a workshop designed to assist our children in better communication and listening skills, better receptability to diversity, goal setting and achievement and coping with emotions. Project PEACEWorks is being designed with the future of our children in mind. Education is not just about reading and math, but appropriate behavior, social and problem solving skills

Finally, Stephanie launced ACRWorks.com in March of this year. ACRWorks is geared toward alternative conflict resolution processes, life and conflict coaching, goal setting, skill development, mentoring and personal achievement.

Stephanie offers in person mediations and coaching, as well as coaching sessions online, through email and by phone.
