Sandra Westland is an educator, therapist and successful businesswoman desiring to help others achieve their dreams as she has been helped. She has a Masters in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling, an Education Honours degree and is a practicing Advanced Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and NLP Practitioner. She is in the process of publishing her Doctoral thesis on women, is author of Smashing the Glass Ceiling and co-author of Thinking Therapeutically and the DVD/MP3 Self Help Collection written and designed with Tom Barber. Sandra started her career as a secondary school teacher, reaching senior management before retraining thirteen years later, starting her own private therapy practice before co-founding Contemporary College of Therapeutic Studies, now one of the largest training providers in Integrative Psychological Therapies in the UK. Her passion is to share the benefits of self-discovery with others and in particular, women, where she believes that through becoming fully in touch with all that they are, anything is possible. Sandra runs educational courses and self-help programmes that do just that, ranging from “Women’s Breakthrough Days” and “Women’s Bootcamps” to online courses. She is also co-founder of SelfHelpSchool.Com which provides psycho-educational self help for the public.
