Dr. Russell Brokstein is a chiropractor
in Freehold NJ, specializing in spinal correction, family wellness,
enhancement of sport performance, and educating the
importance of spinal hygiene. Dr. Brokstein has been
in practice since 1998. His experience in athletics
initiated his incorporation of therapeutic stretching
and exercise into treatment of spinal imbalances so
his patients can benefit from the improvement of functions
in their activities of daily living.
Dr. Brokstein grew up in Freehold,
NJ and after leaving the state for his undergraduate
and doctoral studies, he moved to Philadelphia to
practice the first 5 years of his career. Upon moving
back to NJ in 2002, he associated in chiropractic
and medical settings, at which point he took over
a practice in his hometown of Freehold, NJ to give
back to the community he grew up in.
Educating the public on true health and wellness is the way to reform our health care system. Prevention and maintenance will cut costs, results in healthier population and less reliance and expensive medications and surgery that results in side effects.
By taking a 3 pronged approach to a patients condition, we have gotten results where other health care professionals have failed.
Getting Started With Russell Brokstein
I enjoy educating the public about health and wellness without the use of drugs or surgery. People need to take more responsibility for their health. With alternative means, people would be more healthy, health care costs would be cut significantly and reliance on addictive medications that just cover symptoms would be decreased. There are uses for drugs and surgery, but it should be a last resort.
