Robin holds a business degree in Merchandising Management and a Masters degree in Telecommunications and Information Systems. Her experience includes 12 years with Fortune 500 companies, where she rose from Sales Rep to Product Manager to National Accounts Executive. Her overriding focus was always on ensuring that the customer's desired results were being accomplished.
Robin is past president of the Sales and Marketing Executives (SME) Association of Memphis, an award-winning chapter during her tenure. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, the Memphis Coaches Network and Society of Entrepreneurs Roundtable. She serves as an Adjunct Professor for Dowling College in Memphis. She was selected as one of the "Top 50 Women in Memphis" for 2000.
Robin was one of the first instructors in the U.S. certified for the PSYCH-K® and PER-K® technologies. She is a Certified Facilitator of Brian Tracy International's Training Processes and Systems and Manufacturing Reality. She is certified by TTI Performance Systems as a TriMetrix Analyst, Professional Behavioral Analyst, Attribute Index Analyst, and Professional Values Analyst. She is a recipient of the TTI President's Award for Outstanding Contributions to Human Resource Development.
