My name is Paul Lubic. I’m a successful executive who’s been in the working world for over 40 years. I started my career with no college education, and at the lowest rungs on the ladder (I now hold a Masters of Business Administration degree). I learned how to advance to higher positions the hard way—by making mistakes and profiting from the lessons they provided. Lessons I’ve learned and I’ll share with you--so you won’t have to learn them “the hard way”. I’ve worked in the military; private industry; and government service at the state and local level. I’m a technology executive, but that’s incidental to my guidance: I will pass on to you advice, tips, and secrets that relate to the general workplace that can be used in virtually any organization. I’m just a normal guy from a modest background who started out where you are now and have been successful through a lot of hard work and learning some important information about how to be valuable to my organization.
