Owen Williams is the founder and director of Inner Directions - The Centre for Relationship Excellence, in Toronto, Canada. He leads a busy coaching practice and coaches clients internationally via the phone or through video conferencing.

Owen Williams was born and raised on a farm in Wales. He worked as a classically trained chef and as a senior manager for twelve years in the hospitality industry. For six years he was a professor of Hotel Management at a community college in Toronto. He has had the privilege of working as a Relationship Coach for the past fifteen years through Inner Directions.

Owen has led men's groups and intensives for more than a decade and was awarded the Ron Hering Award in 2008 by The Mankind Project in recognition of his service to men within his community. He co-hosted his own radio show for men and is now working on his own Internet-based radio/television show about relationship. Owen also has a channel on YouTube with a variety of relationship videos.

As a keynote speaker and presenter, Owen gives inspiring and educational talks on relationships and Leadership and facilitates a wide range of workshops for men and women. He offers a range of dialogues on the aspects of realtionship that we each need to address in order to create change.

Owen has been married twice and now for the first time thinks he knows what he is doing. He believes that divorce needs to be taken off the table in order for us to commit to the process of being in relationship. While there is a natural rhythm to relationship, there are times when people part ways. Relationships, though, never end; they simply change form. He believes that when this change happens, the two people involved need to honor the relationship for what it was and bless each other as they move on in the journey of life.
