I am a life coach and behavioural consultant/trainer. I gained an honours degree in social and behavioural studies in 2004 and qualified as a teacher in 2006. I gained my life experience as a Police Officer for thirty years in one of Britains toughest areas. I spent 18 years as a sergeant supervising the problems faced by Police officers. I spent 10 years as part of a recruiting team for police and 7 years as a one to one coach to new Police Officers. I devised and ran an award winning programme called CRASH which changed the lives of a group of hard to reach teenagers. I worked for several years on a behavioural strategy group that was commended by the British government for producing 'best practice'. I produced my dissertation based upon research into emotional awareness and remain deeply passionate about this area of human development. I am a Reiki practitioner and certified in EFT. I and my wife Jenny have been qualified clinical hypnotherapists for nearly five years now and I use hypnotherapy widely to assist change.
I spent thirty years learning my trade as a life coach on the streets of Britain as a Police Officer and then entered the classroom as a mature student to be taught the academic view of life. Often I disagreed with the academic view and fought long and hard to change views with some success. I named my coaching practice c-options as it was a play on being an ex-cop and yet fulfilled the aim of my coaching which is to help my client see their options and seize opportunities to live life and love life! I am very creative and innovative and have several things that are unique to me such as the passion triangle, the performance pyramid, the eros principle, phase training, the heart and soul project, the crash programme and more.
