In 1991, Nicki started her business, Reality Fitness, Inc. a unique, award winning studio that uses a wholistic approach which helps each client to realize a healthy body and a healthy weight!
Nicki is the health and fitness columnist for Chicago Suburban News and Naperville Magazine. Nicki sits on the Editoral Board of IDEA Fitness Journal. Nicki is the author of other industry books, including 101 Ways to Motivate Clients and Increase Retention.
Nicki's philosophy is, "Dump diets and live life! For years people continue to go on diets and fail. Why would you want to do anything that sets you up for failure? Life is short, if you want to lose weight, it's a matter of finding out what works for you. Move more, eat better, laugh a lot!"
Nicki encourages people to look at their life, assess what needs changing and most important, make sure the changes make sense. If so, changes need to made gradually. That is the secret to long-term, heatlhy living.
