I have specialized training and experience in: biofeedback, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), coaching, play therapy, family systems, and supporting people through the process of change. I commonly work with people struggling with: life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship and family issues, parenting, stress management, divorce, anger and career issues.
