I graduated from the University of Chicago in 1990 With a Masters in Social Service Administration (Masters in Social Work equivalent) and was trained as an individual, couples and family therapist at Jewish Family and Community Services for 7 years. I then received training from 1997-1999 at the Wellness Institute in Seattle and became a Clinical Hypnotherapist. From 2001 till 2004 I worked as a group therapist at Linden Oaks Psychiatric Hospital in Naperville. For the past 14 years in my private practice in Evanston, I have helped numerous single and couples find more gratifying ways of relating to themselves and others. I work particularly well with clients who are critical of themselves, sensitive and slow to trust others.
