I’m a life design strategist and the creator of the Dreamnautics® Life Design Process. I’m also an author, blogger and the founder of Dreamnautics Media, a company that creates and publishes personal development tools and resources.
In a “previous life” (i.e. before I started my own business) I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics and spent 18 years working as an engineer/analyst for a Fortune 100 technology firm. Unhappy with my career at the time, I wanted to find my true calling in life but couldn’t figure out what it was. I went through several career development programs, dozens audio/video personal development programs and read countless self-help books. Unfortunately, the harder I tried to find my passion and calling in life, the more frustrated and confused I became.
Unable to find the comprehensive life design tool that I was seeking, I decided to create one for myself from scratch. I’ve spent more than 22 years doing independent research in the areas of life design, career satisfaction, and personal empowerment. I’ve distilled my research and first-hand experience into a life design technology which I call Dreamnautics®. My passion in life is to help people empower themselves to create more authentic, meaningful and fulfilling lives.
I’m on a crusade to help people create authentic, meaningful and fulfilling lives. I see a world where people listen to their hearts, live from the inside out (NOT from the outside in), and act out of integrity and respect. I want to help create a world where people are living in alignment with who they really are, and using their innate gifts to launch their lives and achieve their dreams.
I want to change the way people think about themselves, their lives, the challenges they face and what’s possible for them. I believe that every person is a unique, creative, and resourceful individual who can make powerful choices to make a difference in their own lives and in the world around us. We each have innate gifts and strengths. These are our tools for creating true success in life. The challenge is to rediscover them and learn how to leverage them.
Unlike many motivational speakers or self-improvement gurus, I believe that it takes more than affirmations and positive thinking to create a meaningful and fulfilling life. It takes a healthy dose of courage, total personal authenticity, a clear vision of where you want to go, and a strategy for getting yourself there.
