Marcy's caring, creative & unique approach to coaching comes from her own personal story growing up bipolar. Her decision to openly share everything she lived and learned was the trigger that launched her coaching career and Make-Life-Rewarding Coaching Services.
She is passionate about helping you, your family, friends, caregivers or anyone else in the bipolar community. She understands your personal and professional relationship turmoils, knows you deal with career strains, bias and limitations, sees how your daily struggle with health and wellness affects everyone involved. And like many people she previously neglected to get quality help by hiding behind the stigma of bipolar & other mood disorders.
Marcy's new philosophy draws from the belief that there are no failures; there is only the result of an action and it is only this result that matters. She asks; If you could develop a plan that helps you find happiness, fulfillment and value in living how much would that be worth? Use this opportunity to connect with Marcy, tell her your story freely and without judgment and begin your journey towards living the life you desire.
Marcy's passion to help the Bipolar Community gave vision to Bipolar United Worldwide. This unique support system encourages open conversation between people diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder to those who lovingly care for them. Her goal was to close the gap of communication by openly sharing the many perspectives of the illness. With this determination she launched Bipolar United Worldwide, a live interactive support community that meets once a month via a teleconference bridge-line.
Marcy obtained her coaching certification (CPC) from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. iPEC is among an elite group of institutions accredited by the ICF. Marcy also trained at iPEC to become a Life & Leadership Potentials Practitioner (LPP). She continues to further her education by staying an active member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), National Association of Mental Illness (NAMI), Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA), The Icarus Project, International Coach Federation-New England (ICFNE), Coachville and the iPEC community.
Marcy's professional journey began in her early thirties when she was first diagnosed bipolar. Her transformation from denial to acceptance started with a question, How does Bipolar affect me and everyone else? Searching for the answers opened up many opportunities and she soon realized bipolar may be life altering, but it is NOT life ending. Today her goals are based on encouraging and motivating others in the bipolar community to live complete and fulfilling lives. Marcy is accomplishing her dream by teaching the importance of having a compete support system. Her heartfelt passion to share and inspire is evident in the success of her clients.
Marcy invites you to connect with her anytime for support and encouragement.
