After earning my B.A. in Management and Ethics in 1995, and completing a Master’s program at Seattle University’s School of Ecumenical Theology, I worked as a High-Risk Intervention Counselor, and an Episcopal Youth Minister and Retreat Director, founding Vision Creation 101 and Vision Creation Online Retreat.
In 2008 I moved to the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and have enjoyed working as a Business, Strategic Intervention and Personal Success Coach since then.
I am intuitive, passionate, sensitive, and seek to understand others. I tend to be artistic, imaginative, and focused. I appreciate the beauty and wonder of nature. I hiked 1500 miles of the Appalachian Trail in 2010 from Springer Mountain Georgia to the Greymorre Franciscan Monastery near the New York/Connecticut border.
My coaching method is gentle, tactful, highly personal, and self revealing. My sense of humor is light-hearted. My professional career spans decades as a Qualified Mental Health Professional, Master’s Level Clinician, Small Business Owner, Human Resource Developer, and Community Leader. I have facilitated numerous workshops and retreats since 1999.
I developed the “Vision Creation 101 Companion Plan” based on the best research in psycho-spiritual, motivational, self-development, and consciousness restructuring studies. My motto is “Create the Life You Deeply Long For!”
