Communication begins with self. The words we use depict our past, and predict our future. So, right now, begin to notice your thoughts...and notice how a thought leads to a feeling...which, in turn, leads to words...which leads to thoughts...and round and round they go.
When your thoughts create good, positive feelings and words, keep them going! Now, mind you, I'm not saying that life is full of fabulous happenings, and that you are in charge of producing them in YOUR life, am I? However, it is great fun to begin to remember those amazing ideas that formed in your head when you were a child. You do remember, don't you?
And, you'll have great fun re-reading the previous paragraph to see how many negative commands I gave you that were then transformed into positive suggestions in your unconscious mind! You see, do you not, that the UNCONSCIOUS/SUBCONSCIOUS mind simply transforms a negative command into a positive one. So, a "don't do" turns into a "mustl do" and perhaps that will shed some light on the rather dim subject of verbal and mental communication.
In other words...say it the way you want it! What you resist, persists; and what you focus on becomes your reality.
