The length of a treatment course depends on the problems or symptoms and the individual’s circumstances. A typical length of a therapy varies between eight and sixteen sessions, meeting twice each week. In most cases, a five-week program will achieve desired results.The first intake session lasts two hours. Subsequent sessions are one hour long. One week or two weekends intensive ten sessions program are also available.

In the course of therapy clients are taught self-hypnosis and meditation techniques as part of a number of therapeutic homework tasks. CognitiveOS Hypnosis is a deeply empowering and life changing exercise. The CognitiveOS Hypnosis sessions are reserved only to people who are ready to commit to important life changes. CognitiveOS Hypnosis is a holistic mind therapy developed by Luca Bosurgi for individual mind healing and management. It is a rapid and highly effective form of psychotherapy to help with clearing past psychological traumas, overcoming mental blockages, managing the mind and ehancing individual powers.

CognitiveOS Hypnosis combines clinical hypnotherapy with ancient meditation techniques originating from Buddhist monks and Native American shamans. These ancient disciplines have been passed on and performed for centuries to achieve personal powers and control over the mind and body. This combination of holistic alchemy offers an effective and unique vehicle to correct past traumas in the mind and to reposition the spirit/mind hierarchy.

Clinical Hypnosis is the use of an altered state of consciousness, or trance, for therapeutic purposes. Luca’s clients are not treated with hypnosis but are treated in hypnosis. In this hypnotic state you will feel very relaxed but still aware of your surroundings. Luca uses a Tibetan gong to guide you through a natural healing space of the mind. Nobody can ever be hypnotized against his or her will. Even when hypnotized, you will still remain in complete control and you can return to full consciousness by yourself at any time.
