Lorri Gifford has been involved in the Healing Arts for over 20 years. At age 20 she was the youngest person to be invited into the Rochester Psychic Center in Rochester N.Y.
In 2000, she moved to the West Coast to become a Nationally Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Massage Therapist. Combining these skills with her certification as a Master in Neurolinguistic Programming, Lorri utilizes her training and experience to coach people in developing mind and body lifestyle changes.
For several years Lorri worked at The Chopra Center for Well-being and served as their Spa Director and one of their Lead Educators in yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic nutrition.
Seeing first hand how these techniques transformed her personal battle with obesity and self-esteem issues she is continually inspired to work with others looking to learn to love life again. She believes if she could do it, anyone can.
As a Certified Life Coach and Spiritual Advisor, Lorri believes in the importance of walking her talk on a daily basis.
Today Lorri resides in the beautiful mountain town of Asheville, North Carolina.
