Lisa Dee is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Healer. She has trained with the acclaimed Reiki Master A.J. Vargas, a Shaman of the Native South American Traditions and continues her studies with numerous Shamans.  Lisa has also studied yoga, creative visualization and meditation with holistic teachers from around the world.

Recognizing the preventative health effects that Reiki can have on overall well-being, Lisa introduced a Reiki treatment program at InSPArations Spa, at the 92nd Street Y.  Lisa now works with clients whose conditions range from everyday stress and anxiety to back pain, eating disorders, thyroid disease, and cancer. Her personal experience has given her added insight into assisting those living with a chronic illness.
